True to her hands-on nature, Kirsten worked with a company specializing in hauling water from oil field sites, mastering the intricacies of trucking and the oil industry. Carabin founded the personal injury law firm Carabin & Shaw. At herdeparture this firm had sixty employees, twelve offices and annual gross revenues of over $12,000,000.
