Founded in 2017, Hope at Heart is a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting families in Bexar County facing the life-altering challenge of childhood, adolescent, and young adult cancer. They believe that no family should walk this journey alone. From diagnosis to treatment and beyond, their mission is to provide enduring, compassionate support that uplifts and empowers. Through personalized programs, including financial assistance, emotional counseling, social support, and remembrance initiatives, Hope at Heart stand beside families through every stage of the cancer journey, bringing relief, dignity, and hope when it’s needed most.
