Born in Mexico and raised in Texas, Dayanh Rubio’s passion for law and justice is second only to her love for animals (and Mexican food). A 2025 Rice University graduate, she is excited to expand her legal experience and gain valuable insight in supporting clients and streamlining litigation. From legal research to filing lawsuits, Dayanh approaches every day at Carabin Law much like she did at Rice: armed with caffeine and an ever-growing curiosity that won’t be satisfied until she figures something out. This has proven to be a great combination for the legal field.
